Our story

About
Kaeris was born from a journey built between France and the Americas, at the crossroads of operational and strategic experiences.
Experiences in California, Brazil, Argentina and Colombia, as well as a strong presence in France, have allowed me to experience different business cultures, levels of structuring and economic environments.
This diversity of experiences has led to a clear observation: corporate strategy is too often theoretical, detached from reality, and difficult to apply in the day-to-day realities of organizations.
Kaeris was created to make strategy accessible, concrete and directly useful to those who carry out and execute projects.

Assignment
Structuring projects from the outset helps reduce risks.
Securing funding that is appropriate for the objectives.
Implement with a clear and realistic plan.
The goal is simple: to have a solid, funded, and operational project.
Vision
A good idea is not enough.
A project is sustainable when the vision is clear, the figures are under control, and the execution is monitored. The strategy must be understandable to the teams and immediately applicable.
Technology and artificial intelligence are only used when they bring a real gain in efficiency and decision-making.

Some figures
International data* is clear:
• Only 16 to 37% of projects meet the initial deadlines, budget and scope.
• More than 30% are abandoned before completion.
• More than 50% experience major overruns, sometimes close to 190%.
• Projects aligned with a clear strategic vision have up to 57% more chances of achieving their objectives.
*Data from international project management studies, including the CHAOS reports from the Standish Group.
